The sweets_maker Hashimoto Chiaki lives in Paris. She has been working for advertising design company for five years. After that She tried to "design" sweets and open her own studio "Sweets lesson Cafe Time" in Kobe to create new sweets and to make up workshops for everyone who likes sweets.

・Studied weaving and dyeing at Women's College of Fine Art, and modern design at graduate school of Tama Art University. After that studied hat making at Haute Mode Chapeau. Attracted by the whole process of hat making, two demensional cloth changes three demensional one. Always treat the hats as a communication tool to connect the maker and customers. From next spring the hats will be shown at Tobu Store, Ikebukuro.
