鎌田香さんは、たなかの織り教室の生徒さんで、鎌田クッキングスタジオのお料理の先生でもあります。
織り教室の仲間たちは、鎌田さんのベーコン作りやハムづくり、そしてソーセージ作りの教室に参加しているんですよ〜ん。
ベーコンが、自分で作るとあんなに美味しいものだったとは! 教わって以来、たなかはベーコンを買ったことはありません。
今度は「味噌ベーコン」が教わりたいなぁ。
去年はじめてカジュ祭にお誘いしましたが、開店とほぼ同時に売り切れに・・・。
今年はたくさん作ってきていただくよう、お願いしてあります。

This year on 25th and 26thKaori will prepare unbelievably delicious sausages and sandwiches much more than last year!
