◆鎌田クッキングスタジオ◆
鎌田香さんは、たなかの織り教室の生徒さんで、鎌田クッキングスタジオのお料理の先生でもあります。最近は「男の料理教室」も好評な模様。
織り教室の仲間たちは、鎌田さんのベーコン作りやハムづくり、そしてソーセージ作りの教室に参加しているんですよ〜ん。
今では、ご主人とともにみんなの稲村プロジェクト、長谷BASEも立ち上げられ、鎌倉でのオーガニックなコミュニティづくりに尽くされています。
ベーコンが、自分で作るとあんなに美味しいものだったとは! 教わって以来、たなかはベーコンを買ったことはありません。

Kamata Kaori is a student of Tanaka Weaving Craft Studio and the principal of
Kamata Cooking Studio which is located in Fujisawa.
The special recipes in her cooking class are ham, sausage, and bacon making!
During three days Kaori and Munehiro will prepare unbelievably delicious sausages and sandwiches much more than last year!
She will bake pizza with stone oven, too!
